I'm Beth Barach, and I've spent more than 15 years inside cybersecurity companies watching the same problem repeat itself: products that work, paired with sales motions that don't.

I've held VP and Senior Director roles at Cisco, Akamai, Onapsis, NetSPI, and others, companies ranging from millions to billions in revenue. In every one of them, the same pattern showed up: technically strong products that buyers couldn't understand fast enough to buy.

That pattern is the foundation of Cyberfirst Consulting. I started it because the problem is everywhere in this industry, it's fixable, and almost no one is focused on fixing it at the source.
